Order Processing

Once your prescription is approved by a licensed clinician and routed to our pharmacy partner, your order is typically prepared within [X] business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your package ships.

Shipping Method

We ship via [FedEx / UPS / carrier name] with delivery typically in 2–5 business days. All packages ship discreetly with no medical or product information visible on the exterior.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Medications that require cold-chain handling (such as GLP-1 injectables) ship in temperature-controlled packaging with cooling agents. If your package arrives compromised, contact us before using the medication.

Signature on Delivery

Some prescription medications require an adult signature on delivery. We will notify you in advance if your order requires a signature.

Shipping Areas

Lost or Damaged Packages
